Are inflatables safe?
Absolutely. We have bought the best and safest equipment available. Bouncers are
soft cushions of air surrounded by safety netting which provides adults easy viewing
access for supervision.
What are the power requirements for a moonwalk?
A standard 110v 15-amp outlet within 50 ft of the moonwalk is required. Hoppy Trails
will provide all extension cords.
How long does it take to set-up and take down the moonwalk?
Its will take approximately 15 minutes to set-up and 30 minutes to take down. The area
must be relatively flat and clear of all debris prior to set-up.
Are there any extra fees for set-up or delivery?
No.

Where can you set up a moonwalk?
Moonwalks are usually set up on grass so they can be secured into the ground with
stakes. They can also be set up on a hard pavement such as a driveway. For set up
on hard surfaces we will use sand bags to secure the unit and provide safety mats
around the entrance area.
How much room is needed to set up the moonwalk?
At least 2 feet on each side of the unit and 2 feet overhead is required.
What happens if we don’t have enough room?
If you think the area is too small we can come out ahead of time and measure to make
sure there is enough room. If it is too tight a smaller unit that might meet your needs.
What if our yard is not completely flat?
Some sloping is okay. We will come out and check the surface prior to delivery. If it is
not suitable we will try and suggest other places to set up.
